Fabrication

Let Weldcraft Products transform pieces of metal into your specific designs. Leveraging our vast experience and the latest technology, our certified welders perform some of the most sophisticated welding fabrications on parts weighing up to 150,000 pounds. Our core welding processes include: Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).

Machining

Weldcraft Products has several large and medium milling machines with capacities up to X-472″, Y-110″, Z-40″, W-96″ W axis. These machines include vertical and right-angle heads which minimize costly setup resulting in higher accuracy.

Surface and Way Grinder

Weldcraft Products has some of the world’s largest, most accurate surface grinders. Our Waldrich Coburg grinder is able to achieve tolerances within .0005″. Coming soon is another Waldrich Coburg grinder.

Boring

Vertical and Horizontal CNC Boring Capabilities

Every boring mill in our plant is CNC and equipped with digital readouts having resolutions of at least + or – .0005″. Our largest horizontal boring mill can machine up to 50′-X, 14′-Y and 4′-Z. It features 4 axis readouts and has 800 square feet of steel floor plate. Our horizontal boring mills include rotary tables and right angle milling heads. Outboard-supported boring is also available.
